My Hope

Choosing a therapist is an incredibly important and intimate process. It is not lost on me, that you are taking a courageous risk in reaching out to a fellow traveler and asking for support. I commend you for the immense boldness you hold in choosing your own healing. It is my experience that taking a deep look at what makes us who we are is some of the most treacherous and heart wrenching work, but it is also the most rewarding. It is my sincerest hope for you, that you find the place that feels like a sacred-refuge, a warm cup of tea to hold you as you move through the valuable work that is inner reflection. Whether we end up working together or not, may you find the place that knits you back together again.
