I currently hold an LMHC with a concentration in Trauma and Abuse from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, and am trained in EMDR therapy. My therapeutic work draws from my belief that we all deserve the opportunity for healing and one predominate way we heal is through meaningful relationship with one another. I work from within an interpersonal and relational frame that helps us integrate narratives from your past, with your present situation, in order to better equip you for your future. In addition to this, I believe that therapy can and should reawaken you to your inner creative and call you back to the wildness of yourself. I hope to cultivate a safe space for you to explore the radical and breathtaking things that make you, you. Though that comes with immense grief for what you’ve suffered, may we also find that it leads to an even greater sense of awe and wonder.

I was raised in a small town in Southern California where my greatest teachers were the warmth of the sun, the sound of the waves, and the dry heat of my desert hometown. Though I cannot call myself a native Washingtonian, I have come to fall deeply in love with its rich beauty and ever changing seasons. When I’m not at work you can find me enjoying the art of paint pouring, doing pottery, reading, hiking and engaging in my favorite role playing game: Dungeons and Dragons. I’m a nerd for all things fantasy, mythology, poetry, and storytelling because I believe that these places that offer us a new perspective of what is possible in this world and can lead to new openings of imagination and play.
